Chris took first place with his appetizing pan-fried supreme of haddock with a lemon and dill sauce accompanied by parmentier potatoes, red lentil ragu and gorgeous seasonal vegetables. Our residents and staff know how incredible Chris\u2019s food is, so we are extremely proud that his hard work and skill has been recognised in this way. Chris was presented the award by celebrated chefs John Wood and Mark Hix, as well as our Group Hospitality Manager John Huggett.
