A summer party to remember

This August, we were lucky to welcome Frankie Johns and his very talented grandson, Lucciano, into our home to provide some brilliant entertainment. Lucciano was recently on the BBC One show, where he said, “I just want to make people happy.” Well, he certainly did that; he was a little superstar!

Following the brilliant entertainment, we had arranged for an ice cream van to come along, because what is a summer party without ice cream?

Our summer party was then finished off with a carnival-themed barbecue prepared by our talented chefs. The feast included sticky chicken in rum and barbecue sauce, feta and fresh mint salad, and more. We even topped things off with special barbecue rum and sugar bananas, mango, pineapple, island sunset crumble and fresh fruit salad.

It was a perfect end to the day – thank you to our chefs and kitchen for preparing a delicious feast.
