Our residents were intrigued to find out that the cathedral has the longest nave in England, measuring 85 metres long. The cathedral also boasts an 11<sup>th<\/sup> century Norman tower built using Roman bricks, the shrine of St. Albans, and a stained glass window that was unveiled by Princess Diana in 1989. Our residents finished off their sightseeing with a delicious lunch at Abbot\u2019s Kitchen, as well as a browse of the gift shop.
