A walk on the wild side!

As the weather starts to warm up, here at Chiltern Grange Care Home in Stokenchurch we have been venturing out on our minibus to visit some of our favourite destinations!

Most recently our residents enjoyed a trip to Cotswold Wildlife Park and Gardens. We had a full itinerary and started off with the meerkats and prairie dogs before passing the aviaries and some sleeping armadillos! We said hello to some school children who were also taking in the sights, and, after a quick lunch stop in the restaurant, we carried on our tour seeing giraffes, rhinos and, of course, the Asiatic lions! It is safe to say that we will definitely be returning soon.
