Conveniently located minutes from the centre of the historic spa town of Buxton in the heart of the Peak District, Haddon Hall Care Home enjoys its prominent location in the town, famous for its spring water and the hosting of the internationally renowned Buxton Festival. With activities being an integral part of day to day living at Haddon Hall, this cultural influence is embraced warmly by the home. Haddon Hall is also less than 20 minutes away from Whaley Bridge, Chapel-en-le-Frith and Bakewell.

Opened in 2014, Haddon Hall provides 24 hour residential, nursing, dementia and respite care for the elderly in an elegant and spacious home incorporating numerous thoughtful and practical features which ensure Haddon Hall is able to meet the changing needs of its residents.

Our expertly trained and professional staff are dedicated to the care, comfort and dignity of all our residents, with special emphasis given to promoting independence, privacy, respect and wellbeing.

All residents benefit from living in a caring environment with generously appointed private bedrooms with en suite wetrooms, and plentiful communal living areas including sitting rooms, restaurants, a hairdressing salon, activities and wellbeing room, home shop and private dining room for special family occasions.

In keeping with our unique and award winning activities and wellbeing philosophy, our residents also benefit from our private and secure landscaped garden for peaceful relaxation, gardening and if the weather permits, gentle exercising.

News & Events at Haddon Hall Care Home

Our Summer Garden Party!

Our garden was filled with our residents, loved ones, sunshine, entertainment and plenty of smiles at our summer party.

We were treated to live entertainment from our talented singer, who got everyone moving around our garden; delicious fish and chip plates were served for everyone to enjoy; our pop-up bar was provided courtesy of Buxton Brewery; paddling pools and sand pits were enjoyed by our younger visitors to refresh themselves in the heat.

Our party gave everyone the opportunity to socialise in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Witnessing our residents enjoying the sunshine with their loved ones, and different generations interacting with each other, was a lovely reminder of what days like these are all about.

Thank you to our teams for helping organise the day, and to everyone who attended and helped make unforgettable memories at our home.

At Haddon Hall Care Home, our incredible team gives 100% every single day to ensure our residents receive the highest quality of care, love and support.

To show our immense gratitude for their unwavering dedication and hard work, our manager treated the team to a much needed, relaxing spa night.

From unwinding in the gorgeous outdoor pool, to enjoying the variety of treatments available and of course the prosecco, it was the perfect opportunity to recharge their batteries.
