Sounds Familiar!

In December the fantastic ‘Sounds Familiar’ singing group led us in a mixture of festive songs and traditional carols in aid of Alzheimer’s Research UK. To get our residents involved the group provided them with pictures so that during ‘Twelve Days of Christmas’ they could hold up the correct image, which our residents found particularly funny as they kept getting them mixed up! Afterwards the group joined our residents for coffee and homemade cake, as well as a nice chat. To say thank you we have donated £40 to ‘Sounds Familiar’, which they will pass on to Alzheimer’s Research UK.
