A Letter from Buckingham Palace

After Her Majesty’s passing in September we held a memorial here at Penhurst Gardens to commemorate her life and service to our country. As part of this we put together a scrapbook full of condolences, memories and best wishes for King Charles III from our residents and staff that we then sent to Buckingham Palace. In December we were honoured to receive a response on behalf of His Majesty thanking us for our thoughtful messages. We have since made copies of this letter for each of our residents to have as a keepsake.
