Meet Zoe!

Meet Zoe, our dementia deputy manager here at Bourne Wood Manor Care Home, who is beyond passionate about helping our wonderful residents living with dementia.

We asked Zoe her thoughts on dementia care, and she said:

“It matters that kindness and understanding bring the best out in the ones we look after. Every day, our care staff leave their shift comforted in the knowledge they made a difference.

Looking after a person living with dementia is a privilege, and it is my only goal to change the culture and understanding of dementia care, supporting the team, families and making a promise to our residents that we will give them the best quality of life possible.’’
