Celebrating our talented head chef, Ilona!

We are delighted to announce that our Head Chef, Ilona, won her regional heat in Bristol and is now in the final of the NACC Chef of the Year competition.

Ilona was asked to design a two-course menu including a main course and a dessert suitable for our residents. Everyone competing had to work to a budget, and the main meal had to be nutritionally balanced and incorporate certain products.

After 90 minutes, Ilona presented her final piece, impressing the judges with her take on a coq au vin and a whiskey and orange crème brûlée.
