Data protection complaints

You can use this form to submit a complaint to us about how we have handled your personal data or your data rights. We take our obligations under the UK-GDPR, DPA 2018 and the DUAA 2025 very seriously and welcome the opportunity to make things right. When we refer to ‘personal data’ we mean information that contains your name or anything that can identify you or another living individual. 

This form should not be used for general service complaints where they are not related directly to Data Protection matters. These are dealt with under Porthaven’s Complaints Policy. 

Collection of personal data
This form will collect your personal data, such as your name and contact details. This will be used to process your request.
