Everybody here at Hartfield House would like to congratulate our talented Head Chef Chris on winning the 8th annual Porthaven Garden and Hospitality Challenge chef’s cook-off. Chris took first place with his appetizing pan-fried supreme of haddock with a lemon and dill sauce accompanied by parmentier potatoes, red lentil ragu and gorgeous seasonal vegetables. Our residents and staff know how incredible Chris’s food is, so we are extremely proud that his hard work and skill has been recognised in this way. Chris was presented the award by celebrated chefs John Wood and Mark Hix, as well as our Group Hospitality Manager John Huggett. Well done Chris!
