Race you to the finish line for Parkinson’s UK!

We are thrilled to announce that our marvellous team members Deeon and Hilary recently took part in a sponsored cycle and surpassed their original target of 10 miles by cycling an incredible 18.6 miles in an hour and 40 minutes, raising £338 for Parkinson’s UK in the process!

Deeon and Hilary would like to say a huge thank you to everybody in our local community that turned up to show their support, as well as everybody who generously donated towards their fundraiser. Deeon and Hilary would also like to say thank you to Christine from Chipping Norton News, Lewis from Chipping Norton Leisure Centre for lending the duo their static bike and the team at Coop Chipping Norton for hosting the fundraiser – you are all superstars! From all of us here at Penhurst Gardens Care Home, well done Deeon and Hilary! We are incredibly proud of you both.
